In my most previous entry, I decided in trueform to face the worst
outcome of a situation that may not be that complex.... indeed i
wrote "Its not that I enjoy it, its a curse that consumes me." wakarimasen, perhaps I can make the best out of a less-than-ideal situation...

its a curse that consumes me.
I think that there are a few things that I gotta look at to see the
entire picture... its blurred, but you have someone that has been 24/7,
what could have been a live-in gf, to now living on her own, in a
country-side town working full time - half way around the world.
Enter, the situation in which I must sympathize - for myself its almost
normal.. for her, its harsher than nails on a chalk board...

"its like, everything has a balance, a karma.. and when she was
here, everything was too perfect, but now she is gone, time has taken
its toll, and feelings are replaced not by someone else, but by other
things."
It didn't take much thought but either I source a job in Japan, or I
find a way to enroll the girl into teachers college here in Canada...
and I don't have too much experience in either.....but i gotta wait for
an attitude adjustment, or just a twist in the stars.....but now its
not a care, and my words fall upon deaf ears..

Arrived back from Boston on Friday. Another day, another
business trip another all expenses paid feast at Atlantic Fish
Company. Who would ever guess that they would let the joker in
that profile pic to be allowed to attend corporate conferences and
tradeshows... who knew?! Ahi tuna steaks encrusted with
seseme seeds, Gently seared and inside cool and moist was
this, every bite of the finest grade tuna I had ever
eaten. Delivered fresh every morning and since its the only
location in downtown boston, they can reject it at will.
Certainly, a restaurant I would love to enjoy again. And of
course, it tastes all that much better when its billed on company
plastic.

A meal that would conclude a tradeshow where I drank more beer than
water, for the entire 4 days. Those damn rowdy americans.
Boston is a great city tho, plenty of bars abound, with 5-6 blocks of
Yorkville-ish dining/cafes/boutiques littered along Newberry St.
A bit larger than Toronto, a bit more vast, but not as large as NYC..
and dwarfs Pittsburgh where I was a month back. It has its own
flavour that I really dig.. things are good and the weather prob played
a huge part.. along with all the IBM.Lotus dev team people that we
connected with..

On another note, I started volunteering today at the Distillery Jazz
festival. Great stuff as I now have 2 yrs exp on the venue and
everyone thinks im a student...can you say 'over-qualified'?
Anyways, the day was good and I'm hoping my Japanese will improve as I
made friends with some Japanese esl students, whom I will hook up with
next weekend. Ipod-dj Jimmy also joined me and I think he had
fun.. it will be a bit better once the venues get a little more
organized.

Well i finally returned to chapters... yes.. a familiar stomping
grounds where i would go for insight and fiction.. that would make for
fictional-insight.. oh yes.. well the words of wisdom for the spring
come from the text of a book I will add to my collection shortly,
"everything changes". If you enjoy the urban ecentricities with
that comical sex & the city satire, chalk this one up on your list
as well.....

A judge in Los Angeles was peeved when a potential juror let out a loud
yawn during the jury selection process. "I'm sorry, but I'm really
bored," the man confessed. The judge found him in contempt and fined
him $100. Similarly, Aries, the universe will find you in contempt if
you let yourself get sucked into activities that dull your senses, shut
down your curiosity, or numb your lust for life. This week it's your
sacred duty to seek out only the most interesting stimuli.
